Comfortable room with toiletries, 3 dryers plus bottled water. Easy to get to, magnificent location close enough to an inexpensive bus to the airport and wholesale flower and decoration shops. Also, to Taipei train station.

The self-service laundromat was a real treat, because who doesn't want to do laundry on vacation? And the business services were amazing, who needs a vacation when you can work instead?

The magnificent view of the mountains was just too much to handle. I couldn't stand looking at something so breathtaking every day.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was really impressed with my experience. the location is fantastic, as it is very close to the train station, which made it super convenient for me to explore Taiwan. It's just a short 5-minute walk away, so getting around was a breeze. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary hot drinks in a self-service kitchen, which was a nice touch. I loved being able to grab a coffee or tea whenever I wanted. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary facilities I needed for my stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money and the basic amenities provided. Lastly, having breakfast included was a great bonus for me, as it saved me time and money in the mornings.

I really enjoyed my stay and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

Their service is just awesome, I have requested a room with windows and higher floor, yea I know I am a bit demanding but I didn't expect the hotel will give me a call directly to follow up my request although my request is subjected to availability only. They also asked for my arrival time and if I need any transporation from airport to the hotel! So detail! When I check in, all the staff with a so warmly & friendly smile but still maintain the professionalism, they let us know the regulations upon check in and explained very detail. I didn't expect this kind of budget hotel can have a service like this including help to reserve table in a restaurant! All the time the Front Office staff with a happy smile and lovely tone, I can feel they are from bottom of their heart but not a routine job only! And finally my request is fulfilled and the room size is bigger than my expectation. You guys should maintain the high and professional service and let all the tourists around the world know your brand! Awesome CityInn!

I can't say I didn't like, but since I have stayed in CityInn Ximending before, theiir location is a bit better than CityInn Hotel II. But CityInn Hotel II also have a great location since it is only 5-10 mins walk from Taipei MRT station. Convenience store is just 2 mins away and the night market is 10-15 mins walk only.

It is a great hotel with wonderful staff. The hotel room is big enough and has all the necessary facilities you can think of. Bed is confortable and bathroom is very clean. The hotel staff are so friendly and provided exellent serivce which can beat some 5 star hotels. Considering the price I paid (around $65 per night per room), this hotel is super value for money. The location of the hotel is perfect. it is about 7 minutes walk from the Taipei main station, from where you can basically go to whereever you want to go. A night market is 5 mins walk as well, which is a perfect place for food hunting. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Cityinn Hotel Taipei Station branch II and will stay there again if I travel to taipei in the future. Highly recommanded.

Quaint and clean place with attentive and amazingly attentive staff who rendered excellent customer service. Excellent and really ideal location in Taipei, very close to restaurants as well as shopping areas. Besides, very convenient to an art museum.

We loved the hotel staff who made us feel well taken care of, giving us a warm welcome and providing helpful recommendations for nearby food and attractions. The pantry was a great bonus, with free-flowing coffee, tea, and ice tea, as well as cookies and cup noodles for late-night snacks. The laundry room was also a pleasant surprise, with free use and well-maintained cleanliness. The location was perfect, within walking distance to two MRT stations and convenient stalls, KFC, and McDonald's nearby.

We felt welcomed into the family and had no reason to complain.

Clean hotel in a very well maintained building not far from Taipei Main Station with a good mall and eateries within walking distance, and 2 metro, Zhongshan and Taipei Main. Favourable and marvellous location, close to everything. Good food in the restaurants such as Ramen Makoto Ya, located 5 min away.

The hotel is a great value for money, with modern facilities, including air-conditioning and fast wifi. Its prime location near the train station just within a 5-minute walk makes it convenient for guests to travel around Taiwan. Additionally, the hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, with great facilities on lower floors.

All aspects of this hotel were excellent, no improvements needed.

CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch II is situated exactly next door to CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch III To walk it takes only 5-10 minutes from Taipeh Main Station, which is also High Speed Rail Station. Bus Terminal also close by. So traffice-wise you are in the very center of the city! Don`t worry: the city and the country in general is very safe for tourists. The Hotel is very modern style, with free wifi and Laptop to be used for free. Beds are very comfy, Drinking-Water and snacks from the mini-bar are for free. Staff is extremly friendly and helpful. Free laundy-service (washing-machine and tumbler) is provided. Wardrobe/Hanging-space in the room is somewhat restricted. In the neighbourhood there are many 7/11 and similar stores, also eateries with good and inexpensive food.

The service was incredible. As I was travelling with a young child, I requested for high floor, and a big bed instead of 2 twin beds at the time of booking, and the staff called me right away to make the arrangement. Few days before travel date, the hotel called again to confirm the booking. I must say that this is the first hotel that made (international) call to me to verify and confirm my requests. Few other plus points: - Taipei MRT station, Train station, Bus station, High Speed Rail station are all within 10 mins walking distance. - Convenient stall is just 2 minutes away. - The hotel could help to keep some of our luggage while we were away to TaiChung for 2 days before returning to Taipei again. - There was also free self service laundry at 7th floor - excellent option for those who wish not to fill up the whole luggage with cloths.

Ok, just 2 things, there was no safe box in the room which was pretty inconvenient, and the dryer was not working properly, it took way too long (close to 2 hours!) to dry the cloths up.

Staff went above and beyond, helping guests with activity recommendations and even finding opportunities like being an audience on a variety show. Fluent in multiple languages and gave a warm Japanese vibe. DuDu, a night shift staff, provided friendly advice on food and children's products. Special birthday surprise and card made the stay memorable. Convenient location near Taipei Main Station and well-maintained rooms. A must-stay hotel for hospitality service seekers.

No in-room heater, but the blanket was sufficient.

modern, clean. The concept of having a space for all to keep things in fridge, coffee machine cum with caramel syrup, is quite similar to hostel/dorm, but in a very modern way. They even served chips in the room. Near to Taipei main station which has a MRT station, Railway station, HR station and Bus station. Good for those that travel with less luggage.

Noise of opening and closing door of other rooms were clear.

- It looks decent clean, brightly colored orange. - Receptionists are excellent, very courteous, helpful and friendly. - Room facilities are generally good.

- Too bad it is a little distance away from MRT station; the closest being Taipei Main Station, which requires about 8 minutes walk. - Should have include breakfast for guest (by default).

Clean & tidy room. Close to train station. Reasonable price. Well-equipped triple room. Friendly staff with English skills. Convenient location with transport & eateries nearby. Comfortable beds. Free movies on TV.
